Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

- Express Shipping (Australia): 2–5 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
